  • What amenities are included the houses?

    The properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. The Studios also features a private pool, while Casa do Moinho and Ribeira d'Ilhas have a charming garden and outdoor dining area. However, all the houses offers a outdoor space for enjoy it.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    All of our homes are very close to a wide variety of beaches, with distances ranging from a 2-minute walk to a 5-minute drive to the nearest beach area.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    With the exception of Casa do Moinho, which has a yard where you can park your car, the remaining properties do not have private parking. However, there are street parking spaces available very close to the houses.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require more flexible times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


    Please note that for Costa de Sol Studios 1 and Costa do Sol 2, check-out is at 12:00 PM.

  • Are the properties pet-friendly?

    As all of our homes are decorated with unique pieces—many of which cannot be replaced—as well as a variety of vintage items, we do not consider the properties to be suitable for stays with pets.
