The Dream That Brought Us Here
We are a couple passionate about travelling, discovering new places, and immersing ourselves in different cultures. Through our experiences around the world, we realised how special it is to feel truly welcomed away from home — and that is the feeling we wanted to recreate.
That’s how Shelters by the Sea was born: a project created with care, where we combine our passion for hospitality with the privilege of living along the stunning Portuguese coast. More than just accommodation, we aim to offer an authentic experience where every guest feels at home and inspired to explore the unique charm of this region.
Welcoming people from all over the world has become, for us, a way of continuing to travel — this time, without leaving home.
